Every completed project will be provided with housekeeping services to ensure the maintenance of properties. Common areas such as stairs, driveways and common toilets will be cleaned, and gardens managed to ensure the cleanliness and longevity of our properties. This division also facilitates and coordinates electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and carpentry services. Trained technicians attend to any of the properties’ necessary reworks and rectification works.
